Weightlifting

Weightlifting When incredible concentration, perfect balance and sheer strength aren't enough, sometimes the willpower of an auditorium full of enthralled spectators helps Olympic weightlifters do the seemingly impossible. You will be amazed by the strength of the weightlifters who can lift up such heavy loads with the combination of other factors such as techniques and timing. The athletes who won are usually claimed as the strongest man or woman in the world. For the women event, it was started only since 2000 Sydney Olympic whereas for the men, it was started as early as 1896.
