Getting busy building for the Olympics

China has been building 12 new stadiums and renovating 12 existing ones for the Olympics. The construction of all stadiums except the main “Bird’s Nest” has been completed, and the Bird’s Nest stadium is in the final stages and slated to open in April. To make transportation more convenient and accessible, Construction of a subway line with a station at the stadium is also in its final stage. Various events and shows being held to provide chances to experience the Olympic touring major cities like Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Hong Kong and Tianjin are generating Olympic fever.
