Well it was only one goal for today's game between Liverpool and Everton. But it was real happy for the Liverpool team as they needed this one goal to win the game so that they can advance to the top four again. Everton has been winning for the past games but today they lost. Even having an extra man could not help them score an equalizer. Striker Dirk Kuyt from Liverpool scored ten minutes after the second half. His goal was a close range header that gave the team the upper game. Liverpool continued to strengthen their defense and at the sound of the whistle, they won. Besides that goal, the whole game was slightly boring and many flying tackles around.
