The moment has come for Kim Yu Na the young 19 year old Korean skater who is the current World champion and also the most potential gold medalist at the winter Olympics. Many has been waiting to see her skate and perform. She did it with the highest score of 78.50 winning other competitors such as Japan's Asada who is her closet competitor and had only 73.78.
Everyone praised and enjoyed Kim Yu Na's skate. Michelle Kwan one of the World's most legendary sports skater said that her jumps, spins and edges are what judges are looking for. Now she still have the long programme to go and if she did it as well as her short programme, she will win her first Olympic gold medal which is also the first figure skating medal not to even say gold for her country.
